My shins and knees are sore from all the hair being pulled out.  The dips were a bitch but doing the K2E after the dips was even worse for me. Outstanding!  This one toasted my arms and I only did 20 ring dips.  The rest were bench.  I&amp;#39;m totally in awe of anyone who can do 50 ring dips.  Sweet time Frank!
