CrossFit Games Open WOD 11.6
Complete as many reps as possible in 7 minutes:
3 Barbell Thrusters (100/65)
3 Chest to bar Pull-ups
6 Barbell Thrusters (100/65)
6 Chest to bar Pull-ups
9 Barbell Thrusters (100/65)
9 Chest to bar Pull-ups
12 Barbell Thrusters (100/65)
12 Chest to bar Pull-ups......
Thruster
This is a standard barbell thruster in which the barbell moves from the bottom of a front squat to full lock out overhead. The bar starts on the ground. No racks allowed. The hip crease must pass below the knees. A full squat clean into the thruster is allowed if the bar is on the ground. The barbell must come to full lockout overhead with the hips, knees and arms fully extended, and the bar directly over the heels.
Chest to bar pull-up
This is a standard chest to bar pull-up. Dead-hang, kipping or butterfly pull-ups are all allowed as long as all the requirements are met. The arms must be fully extended at the bottom. At the top, the chest must clearly come into contact with the bar. For masters women (55+), touching the chest is not required, but the chin must break the horizontal plane of the bar.

Holding a dumbbell in each hand,
1. squat down putting the dumbbells on the ground and plank out
2. do a push-up between the dumbbells
3. perform a row with your right arm
4. do a push-up between the dumbbells
5. perform a row with your left arm
6. jump to a squat setting your back for a clean
7. perform a dumbbell clean
8. push press or push jerk the dumbbells overhead

The Pendlay row is a bent row performed by starting with the bar on the floor for each rep, and beginning with a flexed upper back. Use the contraction of the lats during the row to help extend the upper back to bring the back into full extension at the end of the pull.

A1. Shoulder Press 5-3-1+; rest 1:00
A2. Weighted pull-ups 3x5; rest 2:00
For weighted pull-ups use a weight that really challenges you to get 5 reps, but not so heavy that you cannot finish your reps. If you can't do at least 5 body weight deadhang pull-ups, work on your unweighted deadhang pull-ups.
B. Got this one from our good friend Freddy Camacho at CrossFit One World:
Start a seven minute running clock. perform one thruster (M:135#/W:95#), then one pull-up. Then do two thusters/two pull-ups, three thrusters/three pull-ups, etc. Continue until the seven minutes expires. How far up the ladder can you get??
