No Yoga Class today

Workout for 10/29/11 to do at home:
No excuses not to do this one!

Death by burpees

First minute cOmplete one burpee, second minute complete two burpees, third minute complete three burpees until you're unable to complete the required amount of burpees in the minute.

  1. Had a WHOLE day of fun with my RFM family. Was great to watch my coaches kick ass in the OLY lifting. Great PR's too!! That's why YOU are my coaches! Kehau did awesome in the Strong Woman contest. We all did our best! I hope I can be as strong as any of my coaches one day! Still working on it! Thanks to everyone who showed up to cheer and support us at the competition AND who participated in or came and supported us in Barbells for Boobs. I hope to have boobs someday too! Love all of my RFM family!
