Handstand Push-ups
KB Goblets Squats

  3. Im not gonna lie but I had the urge to quit half
    way through the wod today. I absolutely suck at hspu's. Squats were a treat after getting off the wall. I even modified with 3 abmats and it was still tough. Thanks to Kristi pushing me and my drive to "just finish" i actually did it. @Rod youre better than i am at hspu's so stop crying. Hahahaha!
