  3. I was in complete AWE yesterday watching everyone testing their 1RM Front Squat. It is so cool to see all of the hard work and top-notch coaching come together in a real way. Great job!!! And here's to everyone who cheered and encouraged during the workouts - Here's to the best crossfit cheer squad out there WOOHOO!!
