WOD for 4/27/11:

A1. Squat 3-3-3+
A2. Practice L-sit holds

B. "Seven Heaven"
7 rounds for time:
7 overhead squats (50% of 1 RM)
7 burpees

Goal is to complete a round in a minute or less.
