Two examples of why you need a GOOD spotter when you bench:






WOD for 4/29/11:

A1. Bench Press 3-3-3+
A2. Dips 3x10

B. Lift & Jump!
4   deadlifts (60% of 1 RM)
50 double unders
6   deadlifts
40 double unders
8   deadlifts
30 double unders
10 deadlifts
20 double unders
