WOD for 2/1/11:
A. Run Wili Pa Loop for time (approximately 1 mile)

B. 21-15-9 reps for time:
Ball slams
Squats holding slam ball
Double unders

  2. Well, I for one have slipped. Im running at about 90%. Im solid for about 6 days a week. Then I have an occasional slip up. But I am going thru some personal transitions that have elevated my stress level which has caused me to crack a few times. However, people. This is real life. If you can stay strong majority of the time. You will continue to flourish and see positive changes and solid energy for those rough days! Good work to all!
