WOD for 12/1/10:
A. Deadlift (deload)
5 @ 40%
5 @ 50%
5@ 60% (do not go for max reps)

B. Shoulder press
5 @ 40%
5 @ 50%
5@ 60% (do not go for max reps)

C. "Cindy"
AMRAP in 20:00:
5 pull-ups
10 push-ups
15 squats

Cindy is one of the original benchmark workouts. We will use today's score as a baseline and will retest Cindy at the end of the next cycle in about 8 weeks.
