Lori and I dropped into Hardass Fitness today. A big mahalo to Kimo and crew for a warm welcome and a Hardass WOD. Here is how it went.
In teams of four Row a total of 24 min, with each person rowing 2 min max each set. So each person rows 2 min, 3 times
Then...
In the same teams "the 100's" 100 thrusters (we did 65lbs because we were with women) 100 push ups 100 hang power cleans @ 65lbs 100 ring dips (band assisted) 100 Overhead Squats @ 65lbs
We finished the 1st WOD with a total of 5660m And the 2nd WOD in 19:55
Happy Birthday ORAN!!! Are you a schizo May baby like me too? Hope you all had fun today. We did with Kimo them @ Hardass!! Loved the double wod we had!
