Well I missed another one due to Military duty but I did do a workout of sorts on Saturday. 15 Min of Run 200m, fast walk 100m. Finished 5 Laps in the 15 Min (I think) and was still ready for more! I was running about 55sec 200s so not to fast but not to slow. I think I will be ready to hit my sub 13min 1.5 mile goal soon.
