Calm before the storm


Strength:
Dips 5-5-5-5-5

Ring dips, bar dips, or bench dips.

Conditioning:
AMRAP in 10:00:
7 front squats
7 push presses
7 sumo deadlift high pulls

Men's load 95#, women's load 65#. Scale as needed.

  1. I don't remember the last time my legs went numb during a WOD. So the fact that they did during this one was AWESOME. LOVED IT!

  2. yep...i agree. good thing running wasnt involved in this one but my legs still felt like i did run.
