Run 800 meters
50 Dips
50 Knees to elbows
Run 800 meters
Coaches note: Do ring dips if able, otherwise do bench dips. Kipping is allowed on knees to elbows. If unable to do full knees to elbows, scale by bringing knees up as high as you can.

JFor those of you who did this WOD RX'd ---- Major Props! Outstanding! This one toasted my arms and I only did 20 ring dips. The rest were bench. I'm totally in awe of anyone who can do 50 ring dips. Sweet time Frank! Way to rock it.
Doing the dips with the band assisted for men with hairy legs is not a good idea. My shins and knees are sore from all the hair being pulled out. The dips were a bitch but doing the K2E after the dips was even worse for me. Grats to all on a job well done on a tough workout.
