Epic! What fun to watch! Wish I had made it down. I'm sure it was even more exciting in person. Great butterfly pull ups Robert. Those look so dang impressive. And Frank, don't beat yourself up about the pushups, amazing time regardless. Your kips look awesome.
Thanks Kehau for the race. This "oompah loompah" gotta make up for her short legs some times you know! And you kick my but in the WOD anyway. Was fun though.
