CrossFit RFM provides a core strength and conditioning program with the goal of creating broad-based, well-rounded fitness. We do this by utilizing a variety of training modalities from the fields of running and sprinting, olympic weightlifting, powerlifting, gymnastics, kettlebells, and calisthenics. Yea I ripped again too. sucks when that happens. I am just glad I have some time to heal before I will be doing another workout.
