Workout of the Day:

AMRAP in 15:00 of:
10 thrusters
10 pull-ups

Use a thruster weight appropriate to your fitness level. Make sure your pull-ups are chin over bar and full extension at the bottom. Use band assistance as needed. The goal is to challenge yourself....don't cheat yourself.

  2. Way to go Mary and Tara for using 65#! Cheehoo, morning class! I think this is the first WOD where I've fallen off the pullup bar and onto the ground due to fatigue. This was like Fran from Hades.
