CrossFit RFM provides a core strength and conditioning program with the goal of creating broad-based, well-rounded fitness. We do this by utilizing a variety of training modalities from the fields of running and sprinting, olympic weightlifting, powerlifting, gymnastics, kettlebells, and calisthenics. Each session is designed to safely challenge your physical capabilities while simultaneously learning and perfecting new skills.

Kyle-235# squat, 115# shoulder press, 27 total pull-ups (strict). Tough to push without anyone supporting.
