WOD:
Back squat 5x3 (add 5#)
Shoulder press 5x3 (add 5#)
Pull-ups max reps x 3

  2. Kyle-235# squat, 115# shoulder press, 27 total pull-ups (strict). Tough to push without anyone supporting.
