Wednesday 9/30/09

WOD:

Hang Squat Cleans: 1RM
Push Press: 1RM

Warm-up with empty bar then take as many sets as needed to find 1RM for both movements. For those of you who have done the "Total" use your press 1RM as your guide for your push press.
