ReplyDeleteFirst day of the Paleo today! No sugar! That's my biggest problem and I actually got through the entire day without one piece of chocolate or sweets of any kind. Yeah!

I've never seen Mary with the look on her face like I did today during Diane. And I've never sworn so much in one workout (I got kind of creative with the combinations) as I did today during Diane. And I've never felt like I was going to pass out from being faint like I did today during Diane.

But I'm so proud we all made it through.
PS. I made paleo pancakes for breakfast -- they were actually really good!
Also, do you think we could post good/easy paleo recipes we've tried to help each other out as we go? Here's the one for the pancakes; and I used almond butter as the nut butter of choice.
